Q. How do I place an order/make a purchase on the site?
To order your purchase :-
- Click on the “Add to cart” button located below each item/product for the items you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue adding more items to the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed with the payment for your order.
- You will reach a log in page where you are required to log into your account with your BM e-Store Username and Password. If you do not yet have an account, you will have to register for an account first before you can proceed to make your payment.
- You will have to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and when you are done, click the “next” button.
- From here, select your preferred shipping methods and click the “next” button.
- Next, choose your preferred payment method, then click the “next” button.
- Once you have successfully completed the previous steps, you are required to confirm your billing details and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete your order.
Q. What are the payment methods available?
BM e-Store offers various methods of payment as follows :-

Q. How to change personal information and shipping address under my account?
- Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q. I forgot the Password for my account. How can I retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and in the box, enter the e-mail address that was used to register your account.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you to the e-mail address you provided. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order which I have just placed?
Yes, but only if the order is still in the pending status.
- Please send an e-mail to our customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title “Request to cancel order” to inform/request for your order cancellation.
- Orders that are in the pre-shipping process or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
We only accept Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for all purchases, payments and transactions.
Q. How long will it usually take to deliver my order?
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days ( ready stock items) & 2 to 4 weeks ( pre-order items).
