The returned goods/products will be inspected along with the receipt, and all goods should be in good condition. The packaging should be in its original condition and in the original shipping container in which it was sealed and delivered to the customer. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, then the customer is not eligible to a refund. BM e-Store will not be held responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have inspected and verified the goods/products, upon approval of the refund claim, the customer will receive their refund within 30 days from the date of approval.
